1 serving vanilla or chocolate protein powder
8 oz unsweetened almond milk
1/2 C. frozen strawberries
1 tsp coconut extract
Optional: 1 Tbsp Barlean’s Omega Swirl (or your version of Flax oil, Flax Seed or Chia Seeds)
